When I went into my half marathon, this past Sunday, I was hopeful I was going to get a personal best (PB) but two things helped to take the pressure off. First, I knew that all the KMs that I am clocking up (race or training) are all going toward My Mind Miles 1000 mileage 2018 target. The second thing is that, if I didn’t do it, then I could always book another race. In fact, I’d already been researching other races I might like to do this September/October, so I had a few in my mind already.
So here’s the question, when you do book your next race?
