With spring marathon fever everywhere, you might be filled with envy, fear, excitement, anticipation, relief?  Whatever it is, it certainly feels like the marathon has gone mainstream, from the coveted echelons on Boston, to the desired streets of London, and of course the beauty of Paris – every where and one seems to be talking about the marathon.  And not just the well known ones, I’ve just done Brighton (you can read about it here), I literally never thought I would do one, and now I have.
